BT 218-3600 NDP is a subwoofer with extremely high power handling and efficiency. Inside you will find two 18” neodymium woofers with separate wiring (+-1 and +-2). This way both speakers can be driver from one or two independent amplifier channels. AES Power of each of those woofers is 1800 W and peak power of each of them is 10 000 W!
BT 218-3600 NDP was design as a response to industry demand for subwoofer system for large events with very demanding events. It is a perfect tool for heavy duty applications.
Both woofers work in seperate chambers inside the enclosure so even if one of them get damaged, the other will operate without a problem. When driven from separate amplifiers channels, BT 218-3600 NDP can be used for creating cardio directivity pattern with delay and phase invertion applied to one of them.
Enclosure is made of durable, high grade plywood. In standard, construction is covered with Poliurea – impact and scratch resistant material. Top and bottom rails made of wood improve stacking of BT 218-3600 NDP.
Main features of 18” woofers are neodymium magnets, 5,3” voice coils, very high XMax and very low power compression.
