MP 112 CX ND is a two way passive stage monitor with 12” coaxial transducer with 1” high frequency unit with a passive crossover. Horn attached at high frequency exit provides stable coverage of 80° (vertically) on 60° (horizontally). Transducer project makes the enclosure smaller and lighter. Coaxial placement of transducers acts like a single point source providing coherent wave front.
Cabinet is made of high quality plywood and is covered with Poliurea – highly impact resistance material. Front of the system is covered with steel grill and acoustic foam. Integrated rigging points and speaker stand socket pole with adjustable angle makes the system not only a top class wedge but also extremely versatile loudspeaker system for rental companies.
Crossover was design with utmost attention to details, delivering flat amplitude and phase response. Smooth design and extremely high sonic performance makes MP 112 CX ND a perfect tool for heavy duty stage applications.

In coaxial speaker high frequency unit is placed in the middle of the woofer with a horn attached to it therefore there is no problem with phase in the crossover range. This solution imitate a single point source making the listening field coverage more even.
This is also a reason why the gain before feedback margin is a lot wider and work on the stage a lot easier thanks to this.
Thanks to design of coaxial speaker the enclosure size and overall weight of the system are smaller.
High quality transducers with neodymium magnet allows to reduce overall weight of the construction with no compromise on sound quality. This way the loudspeakers are very easy to move and transport, for improved user’s comfort.
